James Stephens

Following completion of his Masters in International Commercial Law & Business, James spent 10 years as a solicitor in London with SJ Berwin and Jones Day, specialising in commercial and corporate law. James won the Nottinghamshire Young Business Person of the year award for 2009; sponsored by KPMG and Nottinghamshire County Council. James has over 15 years’ experience as a Managing Director in manufacturing companies.

Georgina Stephens

LLB - Director

Having achieved a first class honours degree in Law and receiving the law school prize for best overall result, Georgina spent 10 years at Rothschild Trust in both the Channel Islands and London, specialising in tax and estate planning. Georgina later focused on Marketing and Business Development, primarily specialising in the Asian and American markets. Since leaving Rothschilds Georgina has been involved in property development and property management.
